Ingredients
- La Explanada Excelso Coffee
- Cinnamon
- Cloves
- Panela (unrefined whole cane sugar)
Preparation:
- Add two cups of water and 4 tablespoons of traditional La Explanada "Luz del sol" Coffee to a pot.
- Bring to a boil.
- Turn off the heat.
- Add 1/3 cup of panela, 2 cinnamon sticks, and 4 cloves.
- Cover the pot and wait two minutes.
- Strain the mixture and enjoy.
